E.H.Brunjes+Associates, PC is a full service architecture and
engineering firm offering a complete suite of project programming,
design and project management services. We realize that in order to
meet our client's needs and expectations we must involve the expertise
and experience of the principals in each project thus providing our
clients with a single point of contact.

E.H.Brunjes+Associates, PC enters into its fourth decade with a philosophy
that binds science and technology with the humanities. We realize
that technical ability without the interaction of the inter-reaction
of the humanities is sterile. To be truly effective, we have to
practice our profession with special emphasis on meeting our client's
technical and non-technical needs, such as communication, sensitivity
and fostering of human relationships.
As with most projects, both in design and construction, there are
four areas of concern that are essential to ensure a project's success.
They are:
1. Maintaining schedules
2. Maintaining budget
3. Providing quality
4. Providing continuity
It is the design team's responsibility to provide the client with
the highest quality project while maintaining the established project
budget and schedule. These items cannot be achieved without continuity
within the project team. It is for this reason that the team stays
together until the project's conclusion.
Along with those areas of concern, the key points to the preparation
of a project are:
1. Keep it simple
2. Anticipate potential problems
3. Refine ideas promptly in response to information
4. Adhere strictly to budget and time constraints
5. Communicate and Coordinate
